What's the best instant coffee (normal and decaf)?

I want (need!) to restart intermittent fasting this week. Black coffee and green tea are a big part of my diet when I do this. So, I need a really nice coffee. It has to be instant for ease. And I need both caffeine and decaf options as I don't want to be wired!
Tell me your best coffee secrets please

Going against the grain here, but I'm really not keen on Azera.

A surprising outlier here. I like Sainsbury's own Rich Roast De-caff. I prefer it to any other I've tried, even before factoring the £££ savings.

Thanks for that tip, I've been buying Taylor's coffee bags in the supermarket but they work out quite expensive compared to those. They are nice though.

I’ve been meaning to try the espresso one. Will give it a whirl.

On the same lines, I love LIDL's Barista too here. Just as good as Azera, and way better than Millicano and the one Costa have recently introduced.

Another one for Azera. I didn’t like Aldi’s decaf at all, I bought it once and just kept it in my cupboard to use if I ran out of coffee before my next shop, as I didn’t want to throw it out.

I’m currently using Nescafé decaf but I usually buy Azera. May try Percol next time.

Although just seen they have now only got a jar called Organic Decaf Coffee. I don’t know if the recipe has changed. I hope not 😭 I preferred it to their decaf Latin American jar.

I have yet to find a good instant coffee. However both M&S and Taylors do a decent single cup filter coffee. Would that be an option?

I use Taylor's coffee bags, although it's not the cheapest option. Azera decaff is nice. And I think Douwe Egberts is the best of the 'standard' instants.

Percol coffee is nice and strong. I used to buy Azera but actually don't find it that strong. My go to is Nescafe if I can't get Percol

Another vote for Aldi and Lidl Baristas. I prefer them to the M&S blue top decaf.

I have instant at work but at home we have decaf in a cafetière. Currently on Cafe Direct Macchu Picchu, delicious 😋

Lavazza Prontissimo and Lidl do one called Bellarom Barista.
