Tips on suspenders ..

hello ladies … I brought suspenders and stockings along with a lot of other stuff but I’ve never used them as they look fiddly ( the other stuff was great and my DP loved it). However my DP is taking me out for valentines and I think it would really turn him on with a skimpy little thong ( tmi but you get the picture 😅) . Does anyone have any tips for me .. was thinking to either wear them under my dress then all ready for when we get home or should I just
put on when I get home? But I really need tips on how to put them on… thank you!

Surely you put a bra on most days? A suspender belt is the same fastening, hook and eyes. You position it where you want about the waist area, some people like higher, others lower, fasten and make sure the hooks and eyes are at the back

Then stockings, you do not wear hold ups with suspenders, just sheer stockings. Put them on carefully , working them up the leg as you go, till they come to a natural rest. Take a suspender - the dangly bit, put the button to the inside of the stocking and secure it at the front. Do the same with all four, making sure they are placed comfortably equally spaced, and then adjust the length of the suspenders so the stocking are held up and dont sag

Thats it - done. Simple. If you have a good belt with a good button and ring fastening, they arent going anywhere

@suki1964 I am naturally clumsy and I have an issue with 3 of my fingers closing sometimes which doesn’t help with small clasps. I don’t have many female friends that I’d discuss lingerie but wish I did! Thanks for your tips 😊

Ann Summers isnt the best quality tbh

I cant do links but google Nylon Dreams or Mayfair Stockings. They show good belts with strong metal fastenings and wonderful selections of stockings

Their fastenings are bigger then the wee pill size that Ann Summers offer, and much easier to manipulate ( arthritic fingers and neuropathy in mine )

Most of the models are shown with suspenders over knickers, but thats just to model them. Put suspenders on first, then attach the stockings, then when all lined and comfortable, on with the knickers
