Heya just wondering if anyone experiences the same and is there anything I can take to help it during my period I get awful cramps but just as my period end I feel so nausea along with awful diarrhoea every month same time just 1 to 2 days when my period ends it's hateful just lasts like 3/4 days but its horrible the cramps bloating running yo the toilet so much I understand if it was during my period but its not so am a bit lost and wondering does anyone experience the same issues
