Anyone waiting for an Oodie to be delivered, or just had one delivered? What’s your experience?

Ordered an Oodie as a gift (for Christmas) a couple of weeks ago as they were massively discounted. No sign. Had an email saying sorry for the delay and they can’t promise anything or give an update. No way to contact anyone, and live chat taken down!
It seems that loads of people are in this position. They (Oodie) didn’t realise that big discounts meant considerably more sales, apparently 🙄

Have you had one delivered recently? How long did it take?
I know it’s still a while till Christmas, but I want to know what’s happening!

Well if anyone is reading this post out of interest, I do not recommend ordering from Oodie.
The product itself is fab, but they seem not to have the ability to fulfil orders or provide any customer service at the moment!

I ordered mine and got them about three weeks later. Just ordered another three. Oodies are fab. Yes, I got the we are having delays order but then they just turned up the week after. No complaints here.

i ordered one which came the other day in a normal ish time - DH bought it for me so I can’t check the exact dates but maybe around a week for delivery

Ordered 1 for myself & 1 for dd for Xmas, both turned up but took about 2 weeks. Sent dds back as decided it was a bit babyish & reordered her a different one on the 17/11, I'm still waiting on that one! In the meantime dh ordered 1 (around 15/11) & that turned up yesterday. I've had the delay email so hoping it comes soon 🙏
Mine is lovely, so big, soft & warm!

I ordered one a week ago (Black Friday) & it arrived on Wednesday. I had 2 emails saying it was going to be extremely delayed & would I like to cancel so clearly they're running around like headless chickens. I hope yours comes soon. They are a fantastic product.

October - December every year their deliveries go down the pan.

I've had 1/3 orders delivered, 1/3 on it's way and the third is still delayed, as is one order of DH's

From my past experience, I can say that they should still arrive before Christmas.

I ordered on 9/11 and nothing, emailed and got a big standard fulfillment centre issues response.

It seems to be very hit and miss at the moment - I ordered mine on the 25th of November and it arrived yesterday (30th).

As for quality, it's fab, lovely material, enormous, nice and snuggly. I've not tried any others to compare it to but I'm extremely happy with the sale price I paid.

Ugh. I ordered one eight days ago, and had just started wondering why there's been no movement on the order tracking. Dammit. I nearly ordered a kuddly and changed my mind at the last minute. Had I known that oodie was in this state I'd have stuck with plan A

Ordered black Friday and just had an email to say it was delayed. Wondering whether to cancel and buy an alternative Christmas present. There are some lovely snuggly wearable blanket type things in m&S at the moment

And the annoying thing is Oodie are continuing with the sales although they can't fulfill the current orders

Me! I ordered on the 15 th October, had a dispatch email soon after but nothing has arrived. No response from an email to customer services.

A year or two back I ordered oodies probably around Black Friday and they took weeks to arrive. Then got the order wrong, which was eventually corrected. But the product itself is great and the dvd wear them all the time

Ordered mine on Monday and it's shipped today. I didn't order a popular design though so that might be a contributing factor.

Oh, thanks everyone, only just realised that I'd had responses! It's heartening to see that they do seem to be arriving eventually.
My worry now is that I may have ordered a popular design, so it will take longer (turquoise tie dye). We'll see.

Mine took ages too, I think it was 2-3 weeks. Did arrive in the end though.

The Royal Mail are classifying mine as missing but Oodie keep copying and pasting the same message to me telling me its moving. Its not! The Royal Mail have told me Oodie need to make a missing item claim.

I went on their Twitter and loads of people on there are having the same issue.

I ordered mine last Sunday and got it today, in a nice little "Sale" bag and vacuum packed.
Seems odd that there's such a variation.

I got the sorry for the delay offer of a refund messages. The oodie arrived 3 days ago.

Their customer service is shocking, you have to send them photos with tags still attached before they confirm if you can return an item or not! I'm sure it will show up soon

Ordered mine about 6 weeks ago still waiting.

Which patterns did people order? Mine was a sloth one I think. Wondering if that makes a difference
