Anyone waiting for an Oodie to be delivered, or just had one delivered? What’s your experience?

Ordered an Oodie as a gift (for Christmas) a couple of weeks ago as they were massively discounted. No sign. Had an email saying sorry for the delay and they can’t promise anything or give an update. No way to contact anyone, and live chat taken down!
It seems that loads of people are in this position. They (Oodie) didn’t realise that big discounts meant considerably more sales, apparently 🙄

Have you had one delivered recently? How long did it take?
I know it’s still a while till Christmas, but I want to know what’s happening!

Very pleased that some of you are receiving your Oodies... albeit after a bit of a wait! No sign even of dispatch of mine, and after Christmas is too late for me. Not sure what to do.

Hi, I emailed the Oodie again today and this time I didn’t even get an automated response acknowledging receipt of my email. That does not bode well😿

I'm waiting on an order of three sleep tees from 16th November. Two of them are Christmas presents so really hope they come before then!

I ordered another oodie on 18/11 and had an email in the early hours this morning to say it had been dispatched!

Personally never had an issue, and Oodie’s and sleep T’s are a present staple for me so I order a few times a year. However, I’m in Australia which is home of the Oodie and last I heard they were still manufactured at a factory here (although maybe this has now changed?), so maybe this is why I have never had any availability or shipping issues?

I place .you order on the 14th November and its finally been dispatched. Hope yours arrives in time x

I ordered an outdoor one. Took weeks to arrive. It's humongous! I would send it back but can't face the hassle. I'm not confident I'd get it sorted I mean it's really huge. I'm size 18 and I could fit 3 of me in. I have regret 😞

Ha, @Mumteedum I was just thinking I bet it would be OK on me because I’m a size 18, but then saw you are, too! Not sure the huge size is quite so suitable for outdoors, as the cold air will get in underneath.

Hi all, I got an apologetic email from a real person at the Oodie, following my emails yesterday. No update on my order, but a promise of an investigation at some point.

The tone of it actually made me feel a bit sorry for the personnel involved- the fault lies with the senior managers, not the frontline staff having to deal with all the angry customers, albeit by email.

Meanwhile, their logistical problems sound horrendous going by what the customer services person said to me.

I will update if/when I hear more.

I haven't had a response to my cancellation request. Any way going to see what happens really.

Ordered two separately on 16.11.23,one came about 10 days later,but the other one, according to Walter from Oodie, hasn't been picked up by the courier yet so still hasn't arrived. I've had lots of unsolicited updates,but all saying the same thing,it's Royal Mails fault-Oodie can't even tell me if RM picked up the parcel for delivery because there's such a backlog. I'm guessing I'll get the bargain price I paid (£35 p&p included) refunded at best.

I've been waiting since 25 th October for my two Oodies to arrive. I've had emails apologising for the problems they're having with their fulfilment centre ( what used to be called a warehouse!!) and told that they're looking into it but still no Oodies. My contact, Kiera, asked me to let her know if they turned up in the meantime -I assured her I'd be shouting it from the rooftops if they did turn up. So she's now arranged a £10 goodwill refund. But still no sign of my Oodies and I am now furious to read that orders placed later than mine have been delivered. I think I feel another email coming on.

This is exactly the point I made to their customer service in an email. I'm so cross!

I received a grey plain one and I'm waiting on a plain pink one,I live in Northern Ireland - I just don't think I'm going to see it.

@Beesquare I'd be asking them to reorder it now as it clearly isn't coming, I think there are errors with loads of the orders from end of October and early November. I requested mine be reordered yesterday and they have arranged that today, I'll probably still be waiting weeks but worth a try

I ordered one during the £1 oodie sale and haven't had any dispatch notification for it yet. Not sure how long to leave it before I chase, as it was so discounted, but it's still an order. Wanted it for Christmas too

Same here. Ordered 4 on 6th November and no sign yet. I have received an email response from Oodie. It's just a copy of the information found on their webpage. Supply chain issue in Australia... I'd also find comfort in hearing a few success (delivered) stories to put my mind at rest!

I had a blanket email during the night apologising for the delay and advising that orders are now taking 12 business days to get out... Ordered 01/12.

I ordered on the 29th Nov and received it yesterday.
