Anyone waiting for an Oodie to be delivered, or just had one delivered? What’s your experience?

Ordered an Oodie as a gift (for Christmas) a couple of weeks ago as they were massively discounted. No sign. Had an email saying sorry for the delay and they can’t promise anything or give an update. No way to contact anyone, and live chat taken down!
It seems that loads of people are in this position. They (Oodie) didn’t realise that big discounts meant considerably more sales, apparently 🙄

Have you had one delivered recently? How long did it take?
I know it’s still a while till Christmas, but I want to know what’s happening!

Shocking that they should ask you to close your PayPal dispute before they've even refunded you @CCSS15 ! I guess you just have to get PayPal to force them to if they refuse.
I've attempted to cancel... I wonder if I'll ever get a refund!

I replied to the email sent by Andrew the logistics chappie with "CANCEL", which is what the email said to do.
No idea if it will be actioned, though.

In the meantime, my Vinted Oodie has been dispatched and is on its way!

Not at all helpful to those waiting and wanting Oodie...but we opted for an alternative called Kudd.ly instead and they're amazing! Superb quality.

I imagine the mail room in the Oodie factory to be like the mail room in Elf when Will Ferrell goes to work there. WOOP DAT ASS

I ordered on 21st November and don't care if they come on 23rd December as long as they're here for Christmas Eve. I didn't order particularly popular prints - a Looney Tunes, books and koala kids and a couple of dressing gowns... fingers crossed they turn up. Not sure I'll bother again!

My email from Andrew didn’t mention anything about cancellation and when I’ve replied asking them to look into finding my order I just get another automated email 🤷‍♀️

Great to know they are still being delivered. Really shocking that they're still heavily promoting discounted prices. Sort your shit out first!

It may be worth replying to every email you've received that has your order number on it with "CANCEL" , as it certainly said to do that on one of mine. That, apparently, should be enough, but there's the risk that they're unlikely to read it in time before they dispatch 😞

I finally got an email from a ‘real’ person addressing my actual order. Basically, they’ve lost it. No real apology, just ‘do you still want it, or shall we refund?’ Most other companies would at least offer a part-refund in addition to a re-order option.

It’s very unlikely to arrive before Xmas even if I reorder - I am furious 🙃

Got my order yesterday. (Ordered 24th Nov)

Ordered mine over three weeks ago and still waiting.

Ordered November 9th and still nothing!

up date on my order placed on 5th November, received my tracking number and is with my local post office, hopefully it will arrive in the next couple days, good luck to all that are still waiting

I ordered on 8 November, requested a refund on 28 November and received confirmation overnight that they will cancel my order and refund. It hadn't even been dispatched!

Can't believe they were advising so heavily when they had such massive backlogs!!

I ordered 3 on Nov 11th and still waiting. Customer service have been shocking also

I've now been emailed tracking numbers for my order I made on 16 November (it was despatched in 2 parts) yet to get anything in the post but the post is always slow this time of year.

Their prices are always discounted, it's like the DFS sale

Still nothing here from 13th Nov except generic we are having delays emails. Emailed twice no response. Just want my order or an update!!!!
