Anyone waiting for an Oodie to be delivered, or just had one delivered? What’s your experience?

Ordered an Oodie as a gift (for Christmas) a couple of weeks ago as they were massively discounted. No sign. Had an email saying sorry for the delay and they can’t promise anything or give an update. No way to contact anyone, and live chat taken down!
It seems that loads of people are in this position. They (Oodie) didn’t realise that big discounts meant considerably more sales, apparently 🙄

Have you had one delivered recently? How long did it take?
I know it’s still a while till Christmas, but I want to know what’s happening!

Bought one for DD. It was down to about £40. Ordered on the 20th of November and it arrived yesterday.

Sorry, just to add the one I ordered was a normal Oodie in plain dark blue. The quality is far superior to the "fake' ones I paid only slightly less for. x

Yes @CumbrianYorkshireHybrid I was astonished to pay about £36 including postage; I paid more last year, even with special offers.

I agree that the lookie-likies are not a patch on the originals, unfortunately.

I wish they'd been transparent about delayed delivery. I ordered a few days ago and have since learned about the massive delays and angry customers.

I ordered 2 last Thursday and they arrived on Monday or Tuesday so super quick for us.

They are a fab product. We already have them but are worn an the time so bought more to use when current ones getting washed.

Hope everyone gets theirs soon.

Ordered 7th Nov for 3 items. 2 apparently dispatched but not when you click on royal mail tracking, customer service haven't a clue - cancelled the order today as they've had nearly a month. Makes me even more cross that people are receiving stuff ordered well after mine and they give you nonsense that it's their 'fulfilment partners' fault

I ordered one on 25th Nov after hmming and haaing. It hasn't been dispatched yet. I have the 'Shop' app and it's showing as order placed. Got the annoying email from 'Andrew from The Oodie' apologising for the delay. Poor show.

Now I'm stuck with wearing my Percy Pig hooded blanket which, although obviously very attractive, simply isn't doing the job😆

Hi, I ordered my Oodie 13/11.
Got an email stating 23/11 has been shipped (Royal mail tracking) but no movement on the tracking.
No response from Oodie customer service. Does anyone know if I now have to contact Royal mail?

I just received an email saying mine was dispatched via Royal Mail. Fingers crossed.

I think @Insleytay that you need to contact Oodie as it's the sender's responsibility to check with the delivery company if a parcel has gone missing.

Christ it's so annoying. Why can't they dispatch them in the order they receive the orders? Maybe only certain styles are in stock at the moment 🤔 possibly answered my own question there!

I ordered a gaming* one on 23/11 and had the bullshit email from Andrew last Wednesday.
