Anyone waiting for an Oodie to be delivered, or just had one delivered? What’s your experience?

Ordered an Oodie as a gift (for Christmas) a couple of weeks ago as they were massively discounted. No sign. Had an email saying sorry for the delay and they can’t promise anything or give an update. No way to contact anyone, and live chat taken down!
It seems that loads of people are in this position. They (Oodie) didn’t realise that big discounts meant considerably more sales, apparently 🙄

Have you had one delivered recently? How long did it take?
I know it’s still a while till Christmas, but I want to know what’s happening!

ordered mine on 18th November and received it yesterday

I ordered in the Black Friday sale and got one within a couple of days and the other one on the 2nd December.

My husband ordered 4 on 10th November. Still waiting and no response from emails. I ordered 4 on 9th Nov and have received all of them. There is no live chat function although they claim there to be, and we both ordered the pizza one, I've got mine but he hasn't. Doesn't make sense.
Poor customer service.

I ordered the green tie dye one on 14 Nov - it arrived yesterday and then they replied to my many emails!! Good luck to all those still waiting!

I ordered two on the 8th of November and had nothing yet. No reply to emails and the last email I sent was 15days ago!

I ordered 3 sleep tees on 16th November. Got an email there now to say one of them has been despatched

Pah! That's the one I'm waiting for, and I ordered on 10th November!
Must be different distribution centres.

I don't actually mind if it comes on, say 23rd December... I'd just like to know if it will be on time for Christmas, even if it took six weeks!

That's the most annoying thing, the not knowing when (or if); rather than the lateness per se.

I ordered one on the 11th Nov ..emailed two days ago to chase, and got "it will take 12 days to reply"...so I started a PayPal dispute, and got dispatch confirmation this morning. It may be a complete coincidence...and it still hasn't arrived, but it's heartening to see others are now receiving their goods, having ordered around the same time I did.

I finally have an update.

They have now acknowledged that the tracking hasn't moved so now they are awaiting a response from the Royal Mail. If they classify it as missing (which they already have to me), they will send me out a replacement order.

I've just seen the posts above though and one of mine is an avocado sigh

I ordered on the 9th November, it arrived this Tuesday 5th December.

Ordered on 11th Nov. Got one generic email about supply issues etc. Nothing else. Cancelled over a week ago, no refund yet.....

Ordered pizza Oodie on 13th November.
Sent two emails to customer service, no response.
Royal mail have tracking no. but not showing been shipped. My worry is its been lost. (Can't trust Royal mail either)
Have managed to speak to someone on the auto bot online this evening. They have said they will be looking into it & I should here back via email shortly!

I've given up.
I sent message to cancel, and bought a BNWT one (same print) on Vinted for a similar price.

My worry now is that it will actually turn up! 🙃

My tracking info still says 'awaiting item from seller' - sent on Tuesday, so I don't think I'm getting it any time soon.

I can't seem to see how to cancel. I've sent an email asking for a refund (haven't had any response other than a generic one saying it will take 12 days to respond), and I have opened a dispute with Paypal, but that takes 3 weeks.

If it turns up, I will be amazed!

Update...had an email today from the person I spoke with on the auto bot online. See attached message.
Hopefully will be resolved.

Ordered mine 21st November, says dispatched 27th but Royal Mail still haven’t received it. Ordered for my Grandson’s birthday 7th December.

How did you cancel?

I order some about 2 weeks ago and so far I have had 2 apologetic emails about how they are behind with their orders.

Ordered two on Nov 30 for Christmas presents, but in separate orders as I could only use one discount code per order. One arrived today, but no sign of the other yet. Will be annoying if one DC gets one and the other doesn't! Mandalorian print arrived, greyhound print not arrived.

I ordered 2 sleep tees on 18th November and it still just says order confirmed. They were for Christmas presents and I'm not hopeful after reading all these. I'm in Yorkshire

I ordered mine on 17th October and it arrived three days later.

Mine still continues to be a shit show - ordered x3 sleep tees on 7th Nov, countless emails back and forth and they have no idea what is happening. 2 were supposed to be delivered on 19th Nov but despite tracking info the parcel hasn't been dispatch - I'm guessing I'm in the printed label but didn't attach group.

I've requested a refund but they are refusing to do anything unless I cancel my claim with PayPal which I have no intention of doing as I don't trust them to refund and you can't reopen a case once closed - its a terrible company, interesting that the company name is 'davie clothing pty ltd' as I'm sure we wouldn't have spent all this money on what sounds like a market trader
