Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

I love my oodie but I’ve heard terrible things about their service recently. My DM bought my dad one and they sent him a child’s one by accident and then denied anything was wrong with the order and wouldn’t swap or refund. It was quite amusing at first but then a right pain trying to get them to swap it. They did eventually but only after days of constant emails.

I ordered on Sunday and received an email today to say there is a delay and they should be shipped by the end of next week. They are Christmas presents so really don't want a massive delay.

Most reviews on trustpilot refer to long delays in sending them out,. I'm sure this has happened in previous years too .

I placed an order on the 9th and it still just says order placed , shipping 3-8 days, it's been 8 days already

I ordered 02/11. Was sent an email about delays and received it 15/11. It's a Christmas present so wasn't worried about the delay too much.

I ordered on 7th and received email saying there is a delay with shipping and hope to dispatch early next week. Ours are for around the house, so not urgently needed but would love it so I can get comfy in it.

I think I'm going to cancel. I ordered a my little pony one earlier in the year and it arrived within a week. So presumed these would arrive within the stated time frame, and that they were more organised than previous years. The quality of an actual oodie compared to other hoodie blankets is amazing though.

I ordered on Friday (17th) and didn't realise about the delays until the confirmation email said it. Bit cross as it should have been stated before I ordered and I probably wouldn't have done!
However, I will give it a while as It's only for me to work in.

I'm waiting on 3 orders at the moment.

One is a pre order, the other 2 are not.

Most recent has shipped, and I've had emails regarding the other 2 advising that their distributor is facing delays.

I've had this before with them and they're usually on track with their updated estimate, and then it arrives within 1-2 days of despatch.

My remaining orders should be despatched by the end of this week, so I'm not too worried. Plenty of time until Christmas.

I'm waiting on two separate orders and approx 3 weeks ish now. One order has been shipped so hopefully get that one tomorrow. I'm putting the delays down to the black friday sales and half price offers as last time I had my order within a few days and they must have been inundated with orders recently

Just came on Mumsnet to see if there was a thread about Oodie delays and lo and behold here it is. I ordered 2 Oodies with their BOGOF offer (after reading recommendations on Mumsnet) on 11th November and still no sign. They have sent two emails, first one from Andrew blamed their "fulfilment partners" and today's also from Andrew now blames Black Friday even though my order was placed before their Black Friday deals.

Trustpilot reviews are dire and I wish I'd read them before ordering, normally I do due diligence, but because people were raving about the quality of the product on Mumsnet I let my guard down. I don't know whether to cancel or hold on in the hope that they might turn up. They are now sounding like some dodgy selling site taking money for products that don't exist. I paid by PayPal so hopefully will be able to get my money back, just not sure whether to give them more time or whether it's just a big fat con.

Anyone else having the same problems?

Well, have just sent an email asking them to cancel my order and arrange a refund. Had an automatic response advising "Our comfort consultants are currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of emails, you can expect a reply within 4 business days." Comfort Consultants - WTF ??

I want to order from Kudd.ly now while they have their Black Friday offers, but don't want to risk it in case bloody Oodie refuse to cancel and refund. Because they didn't give me a delivery date apparently they have up to 30 days in which to fulfill the order, so I'm not sure where I stand at the moment. What a bloody shitshow, wish I'd found Kudd.ly first, their Trustpilot reviews are excellent, the complete opposite to fucking Oodie.

@Sodie , did you manage to cancel?

Hi, I placed my order on 8th November. Had 2 updates one gave me the option to cancel but being birthday presents I kind of needed them!!
I am hoping that there is some movement before the Black Friday dispatches 😊

If it helps to know recent example timescales I ordered on Nov 9th, 14th got the "we have delays" email, had an email to say had shipped on the 17th via royal mail, it arrived yesterday, the 22nd.

Unfortunately none of the emails I received gave me the option to cancel. I sent an email asking them to cancel and refund on 22nd and rcvd an automated response saying they are very busy (no shit) and will reply within four days and not to send chaser emails as that would slow them down even further. What a shitshow. I'm fully expecting them to say it's not possible to cancel now and refuse to refund me. Oh well, guess it's a waiting game, but I don't even want the wretched Oodies now.

I had this problem last year. I think their customer service and stock control is appalling. I kept getting "it will be despatched soon" updates and then after a month or more they eventually just cancelled the order. It seriously pissed me off.

I got an email today saying it was with Royal Mail and should be delivered on Saturday but the RM tracking number says it's on the way to them! Mine is just for me as I've started working from home and I'm cold!!! I've N t had an option to cancel yet
