Anyone waiting for an Oodie to be delivered, or just had one delivered? What’s your experience?

Ordered an Oodie as a gift (for Christmas) a couple of weeks ago as they were massively discounted. No sign. Had an email saying sorry for the delay and they can’t promise anything or give an update. No way to contact anyone, and live chat taken down!
It seems that loads of people are in this position. They (Oodie) didn’t realise that big discounts meant considerably more sales, apparently 🙄

Have you had one delivered recently? How long did it take?
I know it’s still a while till Christmas, but I want to know what’s happening!

@Laurenr82 same here, ordered 8th November and nothing yet. Not impressed, I wish I hadn't bothered.

Ordered one and it took about five days to arrive. That was in Black Friday sales... Just ordered another two and then read this thread!

They maybe have different distribution centres for different areas, too, so different levels of rubbishness for each part of the UK.

I've sent an email. They will respond in 10 working days. 10!!!

Ordered 2 at different times in November and both have now been delivered. Excellent quality, the imitation versions don’t come close to the quality of an Oodie.

Waiting for a sloth one. Had an email today saying still delayed and I can cancel.

Same here. As much as it pains me I'm not going to cancel it and just hope it comes in time for Christmas.

10 working days for a response is actually insane. 2 weeks? Worst customer service I've ever experienced hands down.

And they are still advertising all over Facebook with a sale. And can't keep up with orders.

I am appalled by the Oodie’s lack of customer service. I ordered 6/11 and haven’t received my order. It was a birthday present for my DS, that birthday has been and gone!

I contacted them via email and got a response asking if I wanted to cancel. I didn’t. Contacted them again a few days later- got the same response. I decided to hang tight, because they said it would come eventually.

When it still didn’t come, I emailed again last week. This time I got no response.

Meanwhile, they are still selling on their website as if there are no problems.

I will email again tomorrow but I think I am going to have to try to claim back from my cc.

I ordered 5 on 18/11. 1 - plain grey - arrived on the 29/11. No sign of the remaining 4. They are avocado, quokka, panda & pizza for anyone who is interested.

Lord knows why they're doing this. I fell for it and placed an order. Lots of angry people posting on Facebook. I only wish I'd read the comments first.

They're even advertising the dark grey one on here! Today! I guess they must have lots of those... wish I'd bought that one.

I'm (still) waiting for the turquoise tie dye one. It's for DSs girlfriend. I bought the exact same one for her last year, but we ended up not seeing them as DS had to work at Christmas. Then my DD found the (still not gift wrapped) Oodie and started wearing it, so we couldn't give it to DSGF after that! Looks like she's destined never to have one. From us, at least.

I bought one. It took a few weeks, but arrived.

It took mine about three weeks to arrive.

I am reposting this from another Oodie thread in case it helps anyone.

I have pretty much given up expecting the one I ordered to arrive, (annoying as it was a present from adult DS who was looking forward to it😿).

I have ordered a different one from True Face on eBay instead. (They also have an Amazon shop, but that tends to be a bit pricier.) I have ordered from them before and the three I bought already were genuine Oodies, with labels partially removed. Fingers crossed that this one is as good.

They are a brilliant company- really excellent customer service, (unlike the Oodie!)

I order two hoodies and a dressing gown on 11/11, I got a hoodie from them about two weeks later and in still waiting on the others to arrive/be dispatched according to the tracking information

I placed an order on 3rd November and I am still waiting, have received a couple of updates saying they are working on it, I also emailed twice and got the same reply but then got email saying can I give them a review, my reply was send me my item would be a good start, then another reply saying they will look into it but nothing since ☹️

Asked to cancel. Just got an automated message to say that they will take 12 days to respond 😂

Hey I ordered back in October delivery took about 7-10 days. I ordered again 14th Novemeber and not arrived yet. Mot happy they can't even give a date of arrival only option is to cancel. Annoying because its a Christmas gift. Really hoping it comes for Christmas.

I ordered one on 30th November, and there was a notice on the site saying there was a 72 hour dispatch delay, which was understandable given they've just had a big sale.

But now I've read here and looked at Trustpilot, and see that some people have actually been waiting for nearly a month, and the delays started way before the sale. Had an email from them today saying it'll likely take weeks to clear the backlog, so why not make that clear as you order instead of pretending it's just a 72 hour delay? Why are they still taking orders if they're struggling to sort them?

Based on the reviews, I'm guessing it's not going to get here this side of Christmas 😕

I’ve ordered a true face one off Amazon, not eBay, and although it was good, it still wasn’t as thick as my oodie I ordered from the actual website. The design and label (with a bit cut out of it) were the same but it definitely wasn’t the same quality.

I ordered mine on 5th November and it came Saturday just gone.
