Anyone waiting for an Oodie to be delivered, or just had one delivered? What’s your experience?

Ordered an Oodie as a gift (for Christmas) a couple of weeks ago as they were massively discounted. No sign. Had an email saying sorry for the delay and they can’t promise anything or give an update. No way to contact anyone, and live chat taken down!
It seems that loads of people are in this position. They (Oodie) didn’t realise that big discounts meant considerably more sales, apparently 🙄

Have you had one delivered recently? How long did it take?
I know it’s still a while till Christmas, but I want to know what’s happening!

I received mine after 11 weeks! Left a 1 star review on trust pilot and they turned up in the post a week later, so maybe if you have not got yours yet, leave a 1 star review, not worn my oodie yet because I got a kudd.ly hoodie now 😅

I agree about leaving a review on TP- that definitely helped me to get my order. Glad yours turned up @Danjp1310

Tbf, adult DS loves his new Oodie and was glad I persevered!

My one star review on TP got me a refund. I would have preferred the Oodie, but at least I got my money back!

After many emails offering a refund and me replying with - I'd like the order fulfilled. I could never afford five at more than £39. They were an extravagant gift for Christmas. I had an email yesterday confirming that they have been reordered.

I'm not going to hold my breath thought... it's been 11 weeks for far...

@NinkyPlink - when they reordered my Oodie it came - relatively- quickly afterwards, so I am reasonably optimistic for you 🤞. Let us know if/when they arrive!

I ordered mine on 29 October and they arrived on 6 Jan so don't give up hope😊

I ordered from Oodie middle of Nov for Christmas. It took 3 weeks to come and they sent the wrong one. 2 days later a second also incorrect one turned up. I emailed customer service and after 2 weeks they finally replied saying they would send out a return bag and once that was done they would ship out the correct Oodie. It’s now nearly end of Jan and no return label has been sent and despite sending several emails no further replies.

@Jules325 - if you haven’t already, leave a review on Trustpilot- they sometimes respond to one star reviews if you leave specific details of the prob.

This all sounds really frustrating. For those who have got a refund, the Snuggz ones are really good instead. I ordered one for myself as an experiment and loved it, then DC wanted one each, then I had to get DH one too as I kept coming home and finding him wearing mine! I'm glad I didn't order a Oodie now.

Exactly right I did a 1 star review and received them little over a week later, still took 11weeks which really isn't good enough. I bought a kudd.ly in December got it in 3days! That's comfy!!!!

Knew I shouldn't hold my breath... now 12 weeks late and I receive this email, this morning!

@NinkyPlink I had the same email from them back in November! They are a shambles! I cancelled mine and bought a kudd’ly and another from Asda. kudd’ly are excellent in my opinion. You could try Snuggz too…they have a sale on.

@NinkyPlink - with my optimistic hat on: at least they are aware that your order is still o/s and they do seem minded to deliver it at some point! Let us know if a review on TP bears fruit.

The Oodie really are a shambolic company- such a shame, as the products are great.

Can you believe they are still touting for business even though they can’t fulfil the orders they already have!? I had an email this morning suggesting that an Oodie is better than roses for Valentine’s Day! 🤦‍♀️

Well! They've arrived after a 1 star review! Thankful that I can put the whole affair behind me!

@Dee1224 …yes I cancelled mine and then purchased elsewhere. Didn’t want to disappoint my Grandson.
