Cold lay tarmac is easy to use - clean the hole, spray in the joint sealer, put in the tarmac, level it, and bang it down with a piece of wood. But better to use when it is warmer weather as the tarmac is more malleable. Make sure to buy some cold lay tarmac bitumen joint sealer too.
