I want to identify 5 things every day I will work at either to improve myself or lose weight or to help my mental health. It could be the same 5 things for a month or it could change weekly or daily.
Mine for this week are:
1 Drink more water
2 Abs exercises daily challenge
3 keep the house tidier as I go about my day
4 Limit time on my phone so that I'm not looking at it during the working day and catch up with messages in the evening
5 No non-essential spending (I have had an expensive month)
