Hope you can help. I'm trying to remember the name of a group of exercises which I think were practiced by monks (I might be wrong about that though). The exercises were along the lines of the 5 Tibetan Rites but there were more of them (10 or 12 I think). The name of the ritual was two short words like Tai Chi, Kung Fu, gua sha.
I used to have a book on it but can no longer find it. Any ideas?
