Why does Kanye wear a hoodie and try to be all covering his face but his wife is wearing a see through suit holding a cushion over herself? Is this her free choice?

I think people are forgetting he’s the one with known mental illness and she’s a very intelligent highly educated woman. No, no one knows why she’s chosen this , but she’s far from some scared little woman with no agency .

rumour has it they are doing it for the publicity as he’s relaunching some shit. Is she scared, probably, but not of him, more of the fact she’s walking around practically naked in the midst of rhe general public.

I'm not a fan of the burka, but in Muslim countries men also wear long sleeves and trousers and often cover their heads. Half naked men walking around is very western and grim.

I'm not sure she is scared, as pp have said she has the resources to walk away from this at the drop of a hat.
To me, she looks as if she knows she is offending the people of Venice/Italy with these outfits. She knows other women are laughing at her. But there is money to be made somewhere along the line and she's a party to that.
We may think we've all given up judging each other but we haven't. Most of you know that if you see a woman going round Tesco in her frilly nightie and slippers, inside you're thinking 'silly cow'. And if someone other than the bride turns up at a church wedding head to toe in white lace then we might catch each other's eyes and raise an eyebrow.
This is the extreme version.

It’s not like he’s some random who happened to be an asshole. She chose to date one of the weirdest, most attention seeking and most famous men on the planet. I suspect she knows what she’s doing. Whether she’s enjoying this phase of things - or whether it’s just “work” - is another matter.

I’m not very knowledgeable about Kanye and rnb and the likes, but he was a bloody genius 15 years ago. His music, his collaboration with JayZ, all really good. Then his mother died after a botched plastic surgery, and then he married KK, and then it all went downhill.

I don’t see any of his former friends around and his eyes just look so so dead. Apparently he’s bi polar or schizophrenic … but this woman with him now, the idea that she’s being held captive and can’t escape… please. She’s there for her ‘profile’ she’s playing whatever role he wants her to play. And truthfully, she may be getting paid to play this role. Her previous social media and aspirations lead me to believe she knows exactly what’s she doing.

I may get slated for saying it, but no, she’s not the first, he did the same with Julia Fox. Kanye needs real help but with his money, he’ll get all his hanger ons to play his game.

I feel deeply sorry for Kanye West. He's undoubtedly one of the most creative and brilliant talents. He's so deeply unwell and you get a sense that fame has eaten him up. First his mothers death and then the reality show kardashian nonsense. He looks like a man spiralling to his death, becoming more and more difficult and unpalatable. The people around him seen to have no power to get him to get help. To me, he seems unmedicated , with no one looking out for him. People drawn into this world of his will end up injured in many ways. Its so sad

Definitely agree that's why I said he's unlikeable and unpalatable. I've worked with people in long term mental health crisis and their views often become at best 'odd' and at worst, reprehensible.

He made it really big in music and seems like he’s trying to get into fashion but his line of clothes have all failed due to being to weird and impossible to wear. I’m guessing they’re both trying to market their brand of “strange fashion” (?). It looks quite sinister, plus the porn star look in women that was trendy 10 years ago is so outdated. I believe post covid we’re past that stage, plus it’s so mysoginistic the whole thing, i mean why is she showing tits n ass but he’s dressed like a monk in baggy clothes?

It doesn’t look like the most practical outfit for late summer in Italy, to put it mildly.
It looks like her top is ripped to me. Which is really unsettling.
