Eye and Hair colours

DH and I (both fair haired and blue eyes) produced a blonde, blue eyed daughter. DD is about to marry a dark haired, brown eyes but light skin tone young man. What might any children look like / inherit? I've no idea how genetics work to determine such characteristics.

My mum has dark hair blue eyes
my dad dark hair and brown eyes
brother same as dad
sister same as mum
me fair hair and green eyes
my children’s dad has dark hair and eyes so has most of his maternal family, his paternal family are mainly ginger hair but not sure of eye colour.

DC 1 fair hair and green eyes
DC2 really blonde hair and green eyes
DC3 really blonde hair and greens eyes
DC4 blonde hair and brown eyes

I have brown hair and brown eyes, and DH has brown hair and green eyes. Our DD has green eyes and brown hair, and our DS has blue eyes and fair hair.

So much for brown eyes being dominant! Neither of my children has taken after me!

My father did have blue eyes, though, and some of DH family members have blue eyes, too. So, it's pretty random if you ask me!

Yeah, I think that if one, or both, parents has brown eyes, then eye colour can be pretty random.

However, if both parents have blue eyes, then offspring are virtually guaranteed to have blue eyes. I wonder how many affairs have been discovered in this way 😂

But Is it the case that the brown haired people still must have the recessive blue gene?

eg can 100% Hispanic, Asian or black people have blue eyed kids
