Sooo.. I'm in need of some extra cash. I work part time but cannot up my hours for a few months. I've signed up and made my account. The pay isn't great at 18p per minute and I'm conscious it's part of the sec industry that I do feel strongly about. It feels wrong to feed into that industry and I guess I'm a lot of the women on these lines are doing it for the same reason as me. They need money. Im not going to do it for long. When I can up my hours I will stop doing it (unless im successful and actually make some decent money from it!) please don't judge me, i need to feed my child and pay my bills.

So my question is, has anyone done this before? Any tips? I've done my 'training' and I have my portal and im ready to start answering calls. Im nervous. Im going to get some seedy men but times are hard at the moment.

You'd basically be on minimum wage, and that's if you do every single minute of the hour. You do know there's a lot of those men only lost a minute don't you? Why don't you do cleaning as a previous poster suggested?

I've also been doing this for 4 years, and I love it I wish it paid more of course but the fact you can work pretty much any time 24 hours a day Is really good I've found most of the callers to be lovely gentlemen, yes sometimes things can be a little odd but it's no worse that dealing with an awkward person in a shop etc and if you say they've said something wrong they are always very apologetic go for it x
