Soft but also firm pillows

I need new pillows that are soft to lie on, but also firm so that they don’t sink/compact into a brick after a while.

Proper firm pillows are no good for me (such memory foam and some some other types that don’t budge) but anything ‘soft and bouncy’ just flattens.

The pillows/cushions I find comfiest are those you get on a cushion backed sofa. They are huge, over stuffed, sink ever so slightly but the support is distributed evenly between my head/neck/top of my shoulders. Is there a bedroom pillow like this? I am so tired of waking up in pain.

Latex! Soft and squishy with really good support. They stay the same for years and keep your head off of your shoulder. I got mine from latex sense

Thank you for your suggestion 😊
Delivered Monday and I've had the best 2 consecutive nights sleep in years, no sore ears and no sweaty pillowcase. I look forward to going to bed now.

Love my wool pillow. I bought the cheapest one from Woolroom as pp have. You can't wash this one or add filling. The firmness reminded me of traditional sofa cushions in antique furniture - it seems to have some give in it but is reassuringly supportive at the same time.

You're welcome! I've had the same one for 8yrs, still going strong!
