I have a HCA interview on Monday (it's remote) any tips? And any ideas on questions I might be asked? Thank you

Yes it was online! I was really trying but got slightly flustered because of the technical difficulties!

Don't say treat everyone the same if they ask about respect and dignity, speak about person centred care, maintaining independence, understanding social, cultural and religious diversities, informed consent, and ensuring all their needs are met in an appropriate empathetic manner to their individual circumstances. "treat everyone the same" without acknowledging person centred care and cultural differences atleast is a very low scoring answer.
