@IOweMySanityToBasilParsley it's sort of a synonym in that if you have a 991 with someone you can be said to have "TARGET", but depending on age you might just sit next to them in TARGET (different use of the word)
What else do you have?

@IOweMySanityToBasilParsley TARGET is the difference between a 939 and a proper 940. If you don't have TARGET then you can't have more than 939.

@IOweMySanityToBasilParsley forget the 939/940 route - that's a false path (although TARGET can be involved at times in a different sense. Think about 814 and 914 in a very different field....

I could have taken a much easier route!
