Help - little people staying over!

I've got 2 girls (8&11) staying over at mine this weekend, just for a sleepover overnight for 1 night.

Due to work being insanely busy I haven't had time to shop or prepare any games/activities. I don't have children myself, and no electronics like karaoke/Wii etc.

I was thinking a movie night, and finding somewhere nice for breakfast.
I know they will be happy just being at mine and the novelty of it - but I was planning of making it a bit special but completely run out of time.

Anyone got any quick ideas with very little prep time I could do they would enjoy?

Tasty snacks will also be a winner, microwave popcorn can be exciting. Maybe making some simple snacks together? Main thing is that they will have your full attention and I’m sure they will adore telling you all their chat!

Stop in at Superdrug, Boots, Primark or some such place. Pick up some nail polish, eye shadows, hand creams, face masks and cleanser/toner/moisturiser and turn it into a pamper party. They can take home any of the polishes or other beauty products you might buy (if you don't want them). Emery boards/nail files would also be good.

Paint finger and toe nails. All while having the telly on in the background.

Pick up a couple of these:
PS... Elasticated Beauty Headband | Penneys (primark.com)

If either girl has long hair you could do this too:
PS… Heatless Curler Set | Penneys (primark.com)

That would be my suggestion.

Get some pizza bases (I use pitta bread instead) and make pizza

Pamper sessions, let them do your make up, you do their nails etc.

Bit of karaoke via Spotify

Make up a dance routine to their favourite song.

Build a den under a table with blankets. Nice story time before bed to try and wind them down a bit.

I have a 9yo daughter and she would be over the moon with a movie night and breakfast out, no extras needed!

That said nail painting is a great idea. I sometimes do an ice cream bar with a few different flavours of ice creams/sprinkles/sauces and the kids absolutely love that. Don’t worry though, I’m sure they’ll be delighted just to be with you.

Thanks everyone,
I love the idea of an ice cream bar!
Lots of other great suggestions too

Most girls love a bit of arts and crafts too, so if you get chance to grab them a little note book, some pens and pencils, stickers etc they'll probably be over the moon. I know mine would! They seem to particularly love the notebooks with the crappy tiny padlock and keys (that inevitably get lost after an hour) and spend ages making them into personalised "diaries".
