Senior school- left out and friendships

I have a DD13 who is finding it tough at school.
She is autistic and says she feels 'weird' and is often left out. She has a full time 1:1 and says she has friends at break time and lunch time but no friends in any of her lessons. She said her friends are all in different tutor groups and different classes and she is the one that is left last to be picked or left out.

My heart is breaking for her. She wants to move to be with her friends but I don't think the school will allow it. I am going to talk to her head of year tomorrow but not really sure what they can do either. I work full time otherwise I think I would consider home schooling her, but not sure if this is for the best either. I'm just at a complete loss at what to do.

If she has been able to make friends thats awesome and not to be underestimated. Speak to school about a timetable switch but be prepared that it may be for September at this point. If she's got 1:1 in class and has friends at lunch honestly she's many steps ahead of lots of kids. Go to the meeting with a list of ideas and desired outcomes. Be calm, take water, be as factual and objective as you can.
