Kids Smartwatch

Does such a smart watch exist that I can set timers and alarms for DC? Suspected SEN and alarms and countdown timers (easily sent from a parent friendly app) would make a world of difference (because direct instructions often result in meltdowns).

Ive never owned any sort of smart watch so I have no idea what they do (obviously not looking to buy a child an Apple Watch, I’m not made of money 😆)

You can set timers on a Fitbit Ace watch. It’s aimed at children and I wouldn’t consider it a smart watch but will let you do what you mention.

I’ve just bought my son a KiDSNav smart watch. It’s all controlled through an app and he can call and video message only the contacts I add through the app. I can set alarms and track him through GPS too. He’s only had it about a week but it seems to work well. Glad I got a screen protector though because he’s cracked the screen already.

Sorry the link is showing USA. I know you can get in UK! Need to investigate the website. Looks like there are some options on Amazon too.

Return it.

Terrible company and rubbish warrenty. I wish I had believed the negative reviews.

DC 2, 10 years old, has an ace 3 by Fitbit which can have alarms as well as buzz when a connected smart phone is ringing.

SuperAunt08 · 17/05/2023 21:24

Can I ask what issues you had with it?

anon12093 · 17/05/2023 23:58

It stopped charging, gps wasn't accurate whatsoever, watch then wouldn't work at all. Company wouldn't send another one or refund.

Agree, avoid this company! A waste of money.
