Zilch for dummies

Please…help

No matter how many times I try to use it, it always gets declined.

I have the correct debit card linked. I have the funds available.

I follow the video instructions by enabling card and what not…and it still says no!

I have £180.00 credit in there, plus a £15 bonus for joining at a certain time

are you spending the exact amount? And where?

if you’re trying to top up Amazon with the exact amount you have try £1 less

No. It was around £25.
