This might be a dumb question.
I put on a lot of weight within a year, around 10-15kg. Luckily it isn’t super visible as I was initially slim. I have already started to lose weight.
My main area of concern is my torso as my lower half is toned and my muscles are still defined from dance/running/walking. Will losing weight through diet generally help me lose weight in my arms, neck, back? My arms in particular make me insecure as they’re also covered in stretch marks so summer has been a struggle as I want to keep them covered
