Do you ever watch gag reels

And wonder how they manage to make the film/series?

I definitely couldn’t be an actor. Once I’ve cracked up laughing, I wouldn’t be able to stop. Especially when I have to keep repeating the scene over and over

If I need cheering up I watch outtakes from Ricky Gervais’s Derek or After Life. How they get any work done with Ricky corpsing the whole time, I have no idea!

There’s a scene in a caravan that they ended up leaving out of Derek because Ricky Gervais and David Earle couldn’t stop laughing. 😆

My latest favourites are Agents of SHIELD. How on earth bubbly Ming-Na Wen manages to keep a serious face all the time is amazing.

I also like watching supernatural outtakes and I’ve recently been watching HillyWoods supernatural gag reel too. Shows how much work goes in to their productions

There's someone on YouTube who has combined outtakes with the actual scene.

So something funny happens and then they carry on as he has cut in the entire outtake.

He uses Star Trek.

I love them!! The ones from Supernatural were brilliant to start with but by season 10 got a bit samey - mostly farting and ear licking and fewer genuine messing up of words and suchlike. The gag reels from Arrow were quite good.

Yes Derek and Afterlife are brilliant. Ricky Gervais has such an infectious laugh! Royle Family and Car Share are funny too.

Supernatural ones are good, but I’m on about HillyWood. Two girls have created an entire spoof series of different things and it’s soooo good.

They did a gag reel for their supernatural one and it was hilarious

I love a good bloopers! I never thought to look at the ones from marvels agents of shield, i always assumed the serious shows don't do good ones, will have a look!

The Parks and Rec blooper reels are very funny. Or the US Office!

I'm of no use as i can't do links, but this thread reminded me, so i sat down at the close of the work day, with a glass of wine, and googled "best gag reels", and that was an hour gone!
