Are there lots of bugs going around at the moment?

I'm on my third bout of illness in 2 months. The last two were fairly mild - exhausted, heavy chest, sore throat - but was able to power through with paracetamol and lots of sleep

Now I've got a nasty little virus that is making me feel awful - raw throat, cough, chest feels like a bag of wet sand, feeling hot then cold and exhausted, hardly any voice. Been in bed most of today. Lots of people at work complaining of coughs and colds and various bugs

Anyone else suffering at the moment?

Yes me. I had a strange cold last week and was ok at the weekend. Started coughing badly on Sunday night and now have covid and am in bed feeling very rough. I am quite healthy, exercise lots and eat a plant based diet most of the time. Feeling very sorry for myself.

Same here! It's so bloody frustrating. Hope we're both feeling much better soon 🤞

Yep, 2nd bout of illness in a fortnight for all of us.

How are we all doing? I had my first full night's sleep all week last night. Unfortunately the sore throat has turned into a chesty cough. Very tiresome.

I think it’s normal when the temperature fluctuates so much. We’ve had boiling hot days and chilly nights where I live.

Me too, 3rd time in 2 months. Sore throat, chesty cough, and my glands in my neck and jaw are swollen.

I've started taking every vitamin I can find.
