Just ageing hands or something to worry about?

I’m 44. I notice these marks on the back of my left hand about a year ago but just thought it was my first age spots 💀

Looking a bit closer I wonder if this is normal for an age spot or if it’s something I should get checked out.

What do you all think?

They look like liver spots to me, ageing and possibly a bit of sun damage. I’ve got lots.

I have the same. I'm mid fifties but have had them for some time and I would say perfectly normal.
