random question this evening haha but does Anybody have any experience on eating gloucester old spot sausages and what they look like inside when cooked??

my sausages I ate at a restaurant were ever so slightly pinky inside not awful but I have a phobia of sick and I worry about food poisoning!

is a tiny bit of pink normal in such thick sausages and this type??

thank you so much!!

Don’t worry. My sister used to eat raw sausages and she’s still alive.

Perfectly normal, as long as they were piping hot in the middle you will be fine.

Did they have bacon or red onion or purple sage in them? They can all give a pinkish appearance.
