Trigger Warning: Sexual assault in a shop

Hi there I was sexually assaulted in a shop about 6 months ago. I reported it in store and to the Police. Gave a detailed descriptionvof the offender and CCTV was available.
Today I was back in the shop and I recognized him. Fortunately I know the shop assistant who reported it the last time and she was working today so I discretely let her know. He was standing way too close behind an elderly lady. He wasnt shopping, no basket, no bag no item just lurking in various aisles. He must have spooked as he suddenly left the shop very fast.

I did an online report linking that I have seen him again and linking this update to my previous one.
Last time the police said they could not prove the offense had taken place because he just "squeezed past me". From my perspective I could feel his erect penis rubbing my bottom and that he wasn't wearing underwear. I felt very disbelieved. Is there anything else I need to do?

Or just prepare for no action from the police. I wish I had the presence of mind to photograph him or just deck him there and there TBH...

You can't really do anything else if the CCTV was inconclusive I'm afraid.
