What food can I take to europe now?

We're travelling to Europe next week and self catering. We have a very tight budget and DC with food issues.

I'm confused about the EU rules e.g. no dairy but does this mean a block of cheese and I can take a tin of macaroni cheese? No fish but does this mean a whole one or is a tin of tuna or a tinned meal with tuna ok? What about a packet pasta meal with ham in it?? Can I take a frozen batch of spag bol??!

There are limited supermarket options where were staying. We're flying and no vehicle.

Please help!

You can't take any meat products (including pet food) or any dairy - milk cheese butter etc. You also can't take pre-made food containing these. You can take vegetables or fruit or eggs

I'd say no to the cheese and frozen meals. How would you keep the frozen food frozen?

I was going to pack it with ice packs and eat it the first night. But probably not now!
