Jesus, 12 hours on a coach? I was thinking of a train or plane.

EZY currently showing £83 return for first EDI-LGW flight on Sat with last Sunday return. Obviously you'd need to add the train fare from Gatwick to your destination and pay for a bag if you need it.

Thanks, I'm going to get a train from Waverley to KingsX then I can get the tube or overground from there.
