Lump and inverted nipple

I did post in children's health and got no replies, so thought I would try here.

Just posting for advice or if anyone's little girl has had similar.

So my dd is 4 years old and this morning I've noticed she has a lump behind her right nipple, also the same nipple is inverted.
I've been Googling and it's actually worried me a little.

I'm going to call the doctors first thing tomorrow morning. Just wanting to know if anyone's else's little one has had this and what it was?

Hello, it could be a blocked duct which would require antibiotics. Try not to worry too much, I appreciate that's much easier said than done!!

It's been on my mind all day. I did the first things that came up when I googled was child bread cancer!!
Hopefully it's nothing to serious!
