Best multivitamin for my age

I'm 45 this year, I've had hormone test and apparently not peri menopausal.
I can have low iron and low b12, I pay for private b12 injections. My hairs quite thin at the moment, I used to have lovely thick hair! I do take iron tablets.
I eat very little red meat.

What would be the best multivitamin for me to take please?

I take the seven seas stage 2 pregnancy vitamins and find they're the best multivitamin I've tried despite not being up the duff. I'm 42
