EBay is annoying

Why do I have to log in and verify my identity about 2 thousand times every time I'm on there? Why has it's "look" never been updated, it's pretty ugly. Why can people still buy things from you and request you post them when you have selected "COLLECTION ONLY"?

And I am still smarting from being ripped off by a seller who never sent the item, and never communicated, losing £40 and being told they couldn’t do a thing.

I don’t use eBay any more.

I love it and buy lots of stuff on there. If you use the app you don't have to keep logging in. If stuff doesn't turn up they refund you and I've only had to fight for a refund once. I don't buy expensive items, just day to day stuff.

I'm on the app! It asks me log in so many times and I have a whole thread of text verification codes to prove it 🤣
