Help me find a hotel I saw on Instagram

This is a long shot but maybe the hive mind can help… I saw a hotel on Instagram last year where the bedrooms directly looked over a waterfall. The room had a small balcony and you were right next to the falls. I think it was in Ireland, it was 100% not long haul from the UK. Desperately searching for some 10th wedding anniversary inspiration! I thought I’d made a note of it but can’t find it anywhere and the usual google searches aren’t proving fruitful.
