Cheapish BBQ to keep vegetarian food separate

We have a number of vegetarian & vegan friends, but usually only one or two per friendship/family group. When we've barbecued before, i've used disposable barbecues. Am now thinking it might be more cost effective and more environmentally friendly to buy something like a bucket BBQ that would be kept just for cooking vegan food (before vegetarians pounce on me, i would add in some vegetarian but not vegan dishes, cooked inside, not running to a third barbecue, mainly because DH would mix up the vegan/vegetarian BBQs)

Doesn't have to be massive, as said, usually only max a couple in the group and can cook the veg dishes for meat eaters on the main barbecue (we would definitely keep separate from the vegan/vegetarian servings. )

Can anyone recommend some small and fairly cheap BBQs? Not seen any this year but some shops used to sell fairly cheap bucket BBQs which would be ideal as we don't have much storage space. Don't know if they are any good?

My Dad had a big BBQ & just kept some fry pans/griddles and utensils separately for me.

my best friends have a tripod stand with 'bowl' bbq (standard cheap coal bbq) for me.

Thank you @SarahSmith2023 . Keeping food separate on the same BBQ doesn't work for some of our friends in case meat products spit.

Is your friend's BBQ standard size? Ideally looking for something small for storage.

I’ve got my own small bbq - I’m veggie, DH & DS are carnivores. It folds flat to store & has a bigger cook area than a bucket type. Had it years. Wasn’t expensive.

that sounds perfect @IdaGoodnight , will google folding BBQs, hadn't thought of that
