European City break with 21 year old DS

Looking to go away for 3 days in May half term.
Not : Barcelona, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam.
Too much choice!!
Any help please?

Lisbon's just come out top in the best value for money city break - I'd get there quick before everyone descends!
