I am, by myself (I live alone anyway). Not sure I’ll watch Eurovision despite there being so much hype around it - more than usual.

We are. DD (8) wants to watch Eurovision in a watch party with her cousin.
It's not my thing, but it'll be nice chatting to my brother & planning our upcoming holiday. Plus doubt DD will make it to the end.

Rockfordpeach · 13/05/2023 18:15

Me. I tripped over the kerb yesterday and broke my arm. Feeling very sorry for myself

Restinggoddess · 13/05/2023 18:17

We are - been gardening all day

Enjoy your evening

BearSoFair · 13/05/2023 18:17

Me - working tomorrow to end a 55hr week, I'm shattered! Going to try to stay awake for the Eurovision performances, I'll find out the results in the morning.

Hellokittymania · 13/05/2023 18:17

Ouch, rock. Take it easy. I was traveling yesterday from Gatwick, and I had no idea they were train strikes, so I arrived at the airport at 6:30, missed my flight, had to wait till three for another one, which then was delayed, and when I got here we had to take a 3 Hour Dr., which took longer than normal because of roadworks. Got to my place at 1 AM. I just lit a vanilla candle, I’m having a coffee and I’m wrapped in a blanket.

YukoandHiro · 13/05/2023 18:19

I'll be watching alone. DH is working (albeit from home so will pop in and out) and the friend I would normally watch with now lives overseas. Kids are too young to be up.
I love Eurovision. I'm looking forward to it.

Mariposista · 13/05/2023 18:38

Me. I lost my gran end of March and her funeral was just last week. I've seen some friends today and been to the gym, but everything is that little bit more tiring at the moment, so not really into nights out or being up late. Will relax at home and make some chilled plans for tomorrow.

Sanch1 · 13/05/2023 18:41

We are. I was out with a friend last night. DH, DD and I have had lunch out today in the middle of an 8.5 mile walk so I'll be chilling on the sofa with fizz while he cooks dinner 😊

RhinestoneCowgirl · 13/05/2023 18:44

We'll be home with teen DC, we like to watch Eurovision together. We have a selection of European cheeses to nibble on and some beer. I'll probably fall asleep before the end, it's been a stressful couple of weeks for us.

Taytocrisps · 13/05/2023 19:02

Me although I'm usually home alone on Saturday nights because I'm separated. Teen DD is with her Dad every second weekend and often out with her friends even when she's here. I've a bottle of Pinot Grigio chilling in the fridge and I'm going to join the Eurovision thread in Tellyaddicts.

LBOCS2 · 13/05/2023 19:10

I've got a very excited 7yo who is waiting for Eurovision to come on, we're having a carpet picnic for dinner and drinking champagne as it was my birthday last week. I think it's going to be an excellent evening in :)

planthelpadvice · 13/05/2023 19:26

We've been invited to a Eurovision party this eve but I'm still at home in my gardening clothes so not sure we're going to make it...

TheChosenTwo · 13/05/2023 19:42

Me! I was out last night so gladly having a night in, plus dc1 is home from uni so all 3dc are home together under one roof again, bloody lovely. Dh is cooking us a Mexican feast, dc1 and I have just had a beer in the garden but back inside now as it was getting chilly 😂

KathieFerrars · 13/05/2023 19:55

Meeeeee. Husband and dog still away. DS2 up in his room. Just me nodding off on the settee watching Eurovision.

Vallmo47 · 13/05/2023 19:59

Watching with my kids, it’s a big thing where I’m originally from. Not overly fussed though.

Whatevergetsyouthroughthenight · 13/05/2023 20:03

I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have a night in! I live on my own and tend to see friends during the day, they have partners and children to spend the evening with. To go anywhere from here involves driving so quite happy not to go out in the evening, I couldn’t have a drink anyway.

I’ve been gardening all day so off to have a long, luxurious shower.

almostoverthehill · 13/05/2023 20:20

Me too! I very rarely go out it’s just too expensive

newjobnewstartihope · 13/05/2023 20:27

Staying in and watching Eurovision too
Too tired old and miserable to go out lately

lucya66 · 13/05/2023 20:31

Me. Got morning sickness on the sofa while dh is out. Will watch some Eurovision, I think.

OnceRuralNowUrbanbliss · 13/05/2023 20:37

I'm at A&E watching Eurovision on subtitles in a packed waiting room. Would far rather be home.

mondaytosunday · 13/05/2023 21:12

Most nights are in. I've got a (just turned this week) 18 year old revising for A levels. Our routine is dinner and a serial - at the moment it's 24.

MyMachineAndMe · 13/05/2023 22:12

We're mindlessly killing and maiming on GTA V whilst eating chocolate and drinking lemonade.
