Not sure where to post this one. My husband doesn't know how to cook. I know! He has other qualities but was sadly raised by a mum who did everything for him and a dad who never lifted a finger. He then went straight to a US university where they have catering so never learnt to cook as a student. When I met him he was living in a city and going out most nights or using Deliveroo!
Anyway he is trying to learn using YouTube but really has no idea of basic fundamentals like browning onions or knowing when something sounds and looks cooked! He is keen but clueless.
I would like to buy him a cookery course for his birthday. Possibly a weekend or a day long thing to help give him some basics or a couple of simple meal recipes he can do.
Does anyone know of a course in London? I've seen lots advertised but would love to find a recommendation.
