Air up- anyone managed to navigate a return?

Dd bought one and then freaked out at how much she'd spent and wants to return it. Policy says accept returns within 14 days but it seems v hard to get in for on how to do a return.

Any experience?

When you click the customer service link it takes all your details but doesn't say anything about how to return.

The return form- have completed it but it doesn't say what to do with it or where to send it or your return to...

Presumably customer service respond to enquiry and provide address ? The return form is on the link above

No repo sr form customer services several hours after form online form completed.

Have completed the separate 'return form' but no instruction as to what to do with it or where to send it...

I’d wait til Monday - they might not be in the office at weekends
