I have just seen a segment on BBC breakfast about rugby player Rob Burrow who was diagnosed with MND a couple of years ago and the support he has had from his best mate and former team player Kevin Sinfield. Tomorrow they do a marathon together for Rob.

What simply amazing and inspirational people these are. I have never come across Rob’s story before and now I feel incredibly moved by it all.
