Bruise hasn’t gone away after 3 months, do I go to the GP?

I fell over around 3 months ago and landed on my knee. I got a pretty bad bruise under my knee, and it went down slowly but 3 months later there is still a very faint shadow of a bruise and it hurts to kneel on it. I’m in my late 20s.

it seems a very minor thing to go to the GP about, as I’m not sure there’s anything they can do? Surely it will eventually heal with time?

If it still hurts to kneel on after 3 months, then yes, do make a GP appointment.
