No phones or devices from bedtime. They have to be in charging dock in our room at bedtime.

No devices in the bedroom. They only use bedroom for sleeping and getting dressed.
Devices are in playroom so can listen to music in there.
If older DS cannot sleep he just reads a book in bed.
