Just that. I suffer from anxiety and there's a lot happening at the moment, nothing bad, just general stuff, but I am very easily stressed and my stomach is really bearing the brunt of it. I often have this at a low level but it's ramped up the last few days and I'm sitting here with a hot water bottle on my belly as that's the only thing that seems to ease it.
I'm certain it's stress related as, if I'm distracted sufficiently for a short while, it eases! I woke up slowly this morning, aware my stomach was fine, and then immediately I'm aware, it kicks in!
It feels cramp like, but slightly different and there's no 'digestive issues'. Didn't think painkillers would make a different but not sure.
If you have this, is there anything you can recommend to ease the pain? I'm going out soon and can't carry around a hot water bottle....
