Anyone up to much? Day off today. Going for a short doggy walk with a friend in a bit - trying to gradually build up my daily steps. Hopefully a pub lunch out with DH but it depends if DF needs me to sit with DM whilst he plays golf. May meet up with old friends late afternoon but again it’s all on what’s happening with my folks. Nothing planned for tonight & the meal will be based on what we ended up having for lunch.
Another day off tomorrow. I had planned to go to a food festival on the train but there’s bloody rail strikes again! I don’t fancy driving as it’s a fair distance plus parking can be very difficult. Might go to a lovely tearoom in one of my favourite places. It’s been open a long time & I’ve never got round to going. Bangers, double cream mash & peas for tea. Will watch BGT & maybe a film. DD14 may well be in a foul mood as she was supposed to have a weekend sleepover but it’s been cancelled because of her attitude. I will try very hard not to engage as no doubt she will be extremely confrontational!
Working Sunday. DH has Sundays off so I might ask him to sort tea. At some point I need to catch up with The Coronation coverage.
