Talk to me about cold brew tea

I fancy trying some cold brew tea and some of the Bird & Blend ones sound really lovely but I can’t bring myself to hand over £35 for all the kit. Has anyone tried them & If you drink the cold brew teas can you give me some recommendations (will I need to buy the proper bottle?) Thanks!

If you want to make an 'iced tea', you boil water, pour over tea (bag/loose) and let sit at room temp or in fridge overnight, serve with ice.

If you truly want to 'cold brew' it, pour over cold water, let sit overnight at room temp or in fridge, serve with ice.

You can also make sun tea, put cold water and tea in a sunny window, let it be warmed by the sun, serve with ice.

I've been making 'cold brew tea' for nearly 40 years and it doesn't require any kit other than tea and a pitcher.

Thanks @mindutopia & your sun tea sounds great!
What kinds of blends or flavours work best?
