Scary Book for 10 Yr Old?

DD is just 10 (Yr 5) and tells me she wants a 'scary horror book.' She's a decent reader, not particularly easily scared, any age appropriate recommendations?

Point horror books if you can get hold of them, they were a thing when I was a teenager and I'm 44 this year ! But they are brilliant and really scary. There are lots to read too,you can find the sets on eBay but they aren't cheap.

The Avaline Jones series by Phil Hickes would be good.

The Lockwood and Co series are ghost stories that are really good. Nothing gory but very spooky.
