HI I bank with RBS - anyone else had the email about registering for digital banking? I have been registered for years. Tried calling but 40 min wait on phone. Wondering if anyone knows anything more?

I'm with NatWest and I've had the same email. There's a message on their phone line saying they are looking into it urgently. Apparently they've had tons of calls about it.

Please do not respond to or open the emails. Delete them.
If you're in doubt, then contact your bank on the phone, or call into a branch.
These scam emails are constantly doing the rounds and getting ever more clever and sophisticated.
