I'm not sure if this type of thread is allowed, but I'm thinking of making and selling Jalapeno hot sauce at local farmers markets.
I need to look in to the food safety requirements etc (EU not UK) but need to come up with a name and also mull over any other considerations, if anyone would like to help me out?
